How do I book a Group Charter Trip on one of your luxury coaches?

First, you need to gather enough people together to take the trip. Second, contact the charter department at the number above (or see "Staff" for an e-mail address) and get a quote for the type of trip you are taking.

What Information should I have when calling the Charter Department?

How many people are traveling. If multi day trip, how many days are you going to need the coach (including traveling time to & from the destination). Also, customer must provide pick up and destination addresses. Multi day pricing may change based on seeing complete itinerary.

How do the payment terms work?

You will first receive a quote. At the time of receipt, you will be required to give a $100.00 deposit (or 10% for all charters over $1000.00) to reserve the equipment. If you are a pre-approved customer or a school, exceptions for deposit terms can be made (such as use of a purchase order number). The balance will be due 14 days prior to the beginning of the trip or you may be billed if you are a school or previously approved customer. We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks, or personal checks. We add a 3% fee for credit card payments.

What items are included in my rate?

The luxury coach comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities (lavatory, individual reclining seats w/footrest, overhead compartments, lower luggage bays, and GPS tracking system). This also includes a professional,uniformed, & Level II screened driver, fuel, and a 24 hour dispatch contact.

What items are not included in my rate?

The rate does not include driver gratuity (this can be added in at your request), parking fees, tolls, and hotel accomodations on overnight trips.

Can we bring food on the bus?

Yes, we allow food & beverages on the bus. We ask that you keep all trash contained for disposal and we do not allow glass containers.

Can we smoke on the bus?

No. Please do not smoke while on the bus.
